Q. What is your contact information?

Q. What forms of payment does Big Apple Boutique accept?
A. We accept payments through Paypal or Google Checkout, where you can either use your account or a credit card. Our payment accounts reflect the name SNPSales LLC.
Q. How and when will my order be shipped?
A. On weekdays, your order will typically ship between 1-2 business days. An order placed on the weekend or holiday will typically ship within the next 1-2 business days. We currently only offer standard ground shipping through US Postal Service, which typically delivers in approximately 5 - 7 days from shipment.
Q. Shhh. It's a surprise... What do your boxes look like? Is it obvious that I am receiving jewelry?
A.Packages are generic looking and include a return address for SNPSales LLC.
Q. If I don't like the jewelry, can I return it?
A. Yes. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase. You must first request an authorization by emailing admin@snpsales.com. Please include a copy of your original invoice. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility, with the exception of damaged or defective items.
